Returns Policy

At anypower limited, we are committed to supplying high-quality power solutions to our trade partners. This Returns Policy sets out the terms under which business customers may request returns, replacements, or credits.
1. Scope
This policy applies exclusively to business-to-business (B2B) transactions. It does not apply to consumer sales, which may be subject to separate statutory rights.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Defective or faulty goods – If products are found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects.

Incorrect supply – If the wrong items were supplied in error.

Damaged in transit – If products arrive visibly damaged (must be reported immediately upon delivery).
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind or over-ordering.

Items that have been installed, modified, or misused.
-
Goods returned outside the agreed return window.
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, customers must:

Notify our Returns Department in writing within:

7 days of delivery for shortages, incorrect items, or transit damage.

14 days of delivery for manufacturing defects.

Provide:

The original order number or invoice.
-
Details of the issue with supporting photos where applicable.

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number before shipping goods back.
Goods returned without prior authorisation may be rejected.
4. Return Conditions

Products must be returned in original packaging (where possible).

Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense, unless agreed otherwise.

Risk of loss or damage in transit rests with the customer until goods are received by us.

All returns are subject to inspection before credit or replacement is issued.
5. Remedies
Depending on the outcome of the inspection, we may:

Provide a replacement product.

Issue a credit note against future purchases.

Refund at our discretion (bank transfer or original payment method).
6. Restocking Fees

Non-defective goods authorised for return (at our discretion) may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Custom, built-to-order, or special-order items are non-returnable.
7. Warranty
All products are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty (details provided separately). Warranty claims must be submitted via the same returns process.
8. Governing Law
This Returns Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
