1. Purpose

This policy ensures that all products imported, manufactured, or supplied by AnyPower Limited:

• Comply with applicable UK, EU, and international regulations.

• Meet safety, performance, and environmental standards.

• Are tested and verified before being supplied to our customers.

2. Applicable Standards

We ensure compliance with relevant standards including, but not limited to:

• UKCA and CE marking requirements.

• Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 (UK).

• Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Regulations 2016.

• Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive.

• ISO 9001 Quality Management principles (where applicable).

3. Testing Procedures

• All products are tested by the manufacturer and/or third-party certified laboratories prior to shipment.

• Testing covers:

  • Electrical safety (voltage, current, insulation, short-circuit protection).

  • Performance (efficiency, load capacity, reliability).

  • Durability (heat resistance, mechanical stress, lifespan testing where required).

  • Compliance with UK and EU directives.

• Random batch sampling and quality checks are carried out before distribution.

4. Documentation & Traceability

• Each shipment is accompanied by a Declaration of Conformity (DoC) and relevant certification.

• Testing reports, certificates, and compliance documents are securely stored for audit and regulatory purposes.

• Products are labelled clearly with compliance marks and traceable batch numbers.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Feedback from customers and partners is monitored to identify areas for improvement.

• We review and update this policy annually or when regulations change.

• We work with suppliers to maintain and improve testing processes.

6. Accountability

• Responsibility for compliance rests with the Directors of AnyPower Limited.

• Suppliers must confirm compliance with this policy and provide documentation upon request.

• Non-compliance may result in rejection of goods, supplier review, or contract termination.
